Delivery Policy
Sm-Cigs.Com currently ships to the USA only.
We will dispatch your order by Airmail Registered Mail.
Orders paid by Credit Cards are shipped within 2 business days after the order date.
Packages are delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service) within the USA.
Estimated delivery times are 10 - 45 days from the shipping date, not from the order date.
The shipping cost is $9.99 per carton.
Usually the signature is not required upon package receipt. However, if a parcel cannot be delivered (no one at home), the postman will leave you a notice requiring to collect your parcel from the post office within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days , it will be returned to us.
